EXHIBITION: R. J. KERN

We are delighted to present an exhibition of photographs by R. J. Kern, the artist’s first solo show in New York, bringing together a selection of color photographs from his three critically-acclaimed projects: The Unchosen Ones, Out To Pasture and Divine Animals: The Bovidae.

Kern’s photography is firmly rooted in presenting the human affect on the landscape and an inquisitive exploration of humanity through man’s relationship with domestic animals.

The exhibition features eight medium-sized photographs, anchored by one large-scale print from The Unchosen Ones

Exhibition Dates: May 9 — June 30, 2018.

EXHIBITION: LISA M. ROBINSON – TERRESTRA

We are delighted to present new work by Lisa M. Robinson.

Terrestra is seven years in the making, and continues the artist’s deep-seated reverence for the natural landscape. These outstanding new photographs follow in the footsteps of Robinson’s critically acclaimed Snowbound and Oceana series, where she began her conceptual and artistic exploration of the landscape, in relation to the ebb and flow of climatic change and man’s relationship to it.

The exhibition features nine large-scale color photographs, depicting geological specimens in varying forms of abstraction, as well as pulled-back views of desert landscapes, marked by the traces of millenia-old evidence of vast seas and the movement of water.
