Frederic Weber (b. 1955) has been a producing artist for more than twenty years. He continues to work with traditional film, carefully staging his photographs in his studio and photographing with available light.
He is well known for his engaging still life and photo-assemblages, exploring various subjects that revolve around the themes of mortality and identity.
His work has been exhibited widely in the US and is held in several collections including LACMA, The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Dow Jones Collection and The Snite Museum of Art among others.
Frederic Weber lives and works in Nyack, New York.
